All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. However, due to differences in device screens or materials, actual colours may vary slightly.

4. Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Items

Some of our products are made-to-order or available for pre-order. These items require additional production time and may take 2–4 weeks to be completed before shipping. This time frame is subject to change depending on volume and material availability.

Made-to-order and pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, as they are created specifically for you.

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and all items must meet our return conditions to be eligible.

6. Shipping

We ship to New Zealand and Australia using trusted courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is correct — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect details.

Customs or import duties may apply to Australian orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including images, text, logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of Cloudy Knits Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
