Cloudy Knits started with a simple wish, to make knitwear that felt like it mattered. Not another trend piece, but something soft, lasting, and made with real hands instead of a machine somewhere far away.

Today, I work with a small team here in New Zealand, hand-knitting every piece using New Zealand kid mohair, soft against the skin, warm without the bulk, and it only gets better with age. The kind of piece you end up wearing more than anything else in your wardrobe.

We keep our batches small so we can pay attention to the details that matter. Every piece that leaves our hands has been made, checked, and cared for by someone who genuinely loves this craft.
