Returns Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return request. This is a strict timeframe due to the size and low-inventory model of our business. We are not able to make exceptions, so please carefully read the conditions below.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Sample sale items cannot be returned.

  • Refunds are eligible for full-priced styles only. (This includes purchases using the 10% welcome code.)

  • Custom and MTO (made-to-order) items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Full-priced items may be returned for a full refund or store credit.

If your return does not comply with these conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own cost.
